Filippo Ranocchia has been sold by Juventus to Palermo in a permanent deal.
The midfielder, who joined the Bianconeri from Perugia in 2019 and was out on loan at Empoli this season - with whom he played nine league matches - leaves Juventus after having played 17 matches with the Primavera team in the 2019-2020 season, and 31 matches the following year with Juventus Next Gen (with four goals and three assists). He had been caled up to the First Team squad on several occasions, but never managed to make his debut, before going on loan to Vicenza, Monza and finally Empoli.
With the Tuscans this season, he made nine appearances, playing 477 minutes on the pitch in Serie A before his move to the Sicilian team in the midst of their play-off fight in Serie B.
Good luck on your new adventure, Filippo!
