30 August 2023
Kenan Yildiz has renewed his contract with Juventus until 2027. The Turkish forward, who joined Juventus in July 2022, extends his contract with the Bianconeri following a promising start to the new season.
The 18-year-old formed part of the senior squad that travelled to the United States for pre-season, before then going on to make his Serie A debut on Matchday 1 against Udinese before playing at the Allianz for the first time in Sunday’s encounter against Bologna.
The signing, and the special moments just mentioned, are the culmination of all the work done since his arrival from Bayern Munich. Last season he made 37 appearances for Coach Paolo Montero's Under 19 team, scoring 15 goals, before making his professional debut with Juventus Next Gen on 17 December 2022 against Virtus Verona.
His path has been built on talent and determination, with his extension just reward for his efforts as he continues his upward trajectory in white and black.
KENAN'S WORDS
"I am really very happy to be part of this club. I'm at a loss for words right now, it's almost too good to be true! My goals are to improve every day, working on the pitch to learn as much as possible, to continue my growth path here with Juventus. I didn't expect this renewal so soon, but I've worked hard and I hope I can continue like this."
Congratulations, Kenan!
