Coach Massimiliano Allegri and Manuel Locatelli's comments after Sunday night's Inter-Juventus encounter:

"We must continue to follow our path and focus only on that: it was a difficult match, Inter found the advantage in the first half. In the second half the match was split and they are always dangerous on the counter, while we certainly have to improve. I have nothing to criticise my players for: this week was negative, it happens, but we have to make sure that things change against Udinese. When I brought Chiesa in it was a delicate moment of the game: putting him together with Yildiz seemed like a risk. We had our opportunities, but I repeat: I have nothing to criticise the boys for. We must resume our path to qualify for the Champions League. Inter have more experience, more serenity in facing challenges like this: Juve haven't faced a challenge like this for three years, playing these matches is a step forward in our growth. Now we have to get back to winning immediately, the championship is still long and we have to be quick to find a positive result again. Our position in the standings at the moment was not predicted by anyone last summer, we are disappointed with today's defeat, but we are happy with what we have achieved and we must continue on this path."

"We definitely were at fault with the goal, we'll look at it again this week. But we have to think about our growth path and get a result again in the next match against Udinese. In the first half we dropped a little too much and Inter moved very well, we will have to review that too, but we have room for growth and we know we will continue to have our spirit of playing well, together. After a match like this you are always sad, we need to improve our decisions in the match, but I am convinced of the value of this group. The championship is still long and we must continue on our path."
