Nicolò Rovella will never forget the Easter weekend of 2023.
The 21-year-old talent, born in Segrate on 4 December 2001, scored at the Dacia Arena against Udinese for Monza. But it was no normal goal for the player on loan from Juve: it was his first strike in Serie A.
This is how he celebrated the goal on his Instagram account.
A memorable goal, shooting high beyond the Udinese goalkeeper with a great finish. A goal that sums up the talent of Nicolò, a midfielder with excellent vision, elegant movement and an uncommon ability to command the ball at will.
And the 2022/23 data confirm the talent of the Juventus player at Monza this season on loan. Eighteen matches in the ranks of the side from Brianza, 50% of them as starter, in addition to the three appearances at the start of the season in the black and white stripes.
Focusing on the match with Udinese, Rovella touched the ball 80 times, of which 71 were passes, participated in two scoring chances, and won possession six times.
A game to remember indeed.
